 Objective
 To equip the youth for employment as well as to enable them setting up career plan in
 future.In addition, it is our vision to develop the youth to be the new force of the society
 and to promote the social prosperity.

 目標
 1.為青年人及中學提供就業輔導與職前培訓服務，促使這些青年在投身社會工作前有充足
   的裝備及掌握，尤其在認知層面及工作技巧兩方面，在工作上發揮個人潛能和獲取滿足
   感。
 2.發揮社區人士及商業機構，協助青年投身適合他們志趣行業，作為推動香港繁榮進步的
   新力量。
 3.關注青少年就業問題，積極回應社會需要。

 Aims
 1.To render vocational counseling and guidance service to youth and secondary schools
    in order to equip them with knowledge and job-related skills prior to  employment.
 2.To solicit support from the community and commercial companies so as to provide
   opportunities for the youths in desirable employment as well as to equipthem to be the
   new force in the society;
 3.To concern and respond to the vocational issues related to youth employment.

 服務提供
 1.為青少年及學校舉辦與就業準備有關的培訓課程。
 2.推行「展翅計劃」、「青少年見習就業計劃」、「青少年短期就業計劃」及營辦「社會
   企業」等工作。
 3.舉辦社區及全港性活動，提升社會人士對青少年就業及失業問題之關注。
 4.為有需要青少年提供輔導及諮詢。

 Services Provision
 1.To provide vocational training courses to youths or schools;
 2.To implement the “ Youth Pre-employment Training Program(YPTP) ”,“Youth Work
   Experience and Training Scheme (YWETS)”, “ Youth Short-term Employment Scheme
   ” &“Social Enterprise”;provide opportunities for the youths in desirable employment as
   well as to equipthem to be the new force in the society;
 3.To concern and respond to the vocational issues related to youth employment issues;
 4.To render vocational counseling & guidance to youth.

 服務使用及退出方法
 歡迎青少年、學校或團體查詢有關活動及課程。服務使用者亦可
 隨時向有關工作員提出退出服務。

 Service Entry & Exit
 Youth, schools or agencies are all welcome to enquire about the related activities &
 courses. The service users also have the right to discharge from the services at any
 time.
